Online Mentor Trainee isn't your usual 'off-the-shelf' training. Written for lawyers, by lawyers, the content has a very clear 'practice context' and is highly specific to the needs of trainees. The content is written by a team that knows first-hand how private practice works.
In addition, the programme content has been tailored and approved by the Firm, who have full control over the content covered in the programme.
Bite-sized content that comes to you
Most professional skills training takes lawyers away from their desks for hours at a time and sends them back with a wedge of materials to wade through. Very often those materials gather dust and the lawyer won't engage with the issues until the next face-to-face training session.
We deliver our content in bite-sized chunks by email once or twice a week throughout the two year training contract. Rather than a few hours every few months, our approach is 'a few minutes every week'. This encourages regular engagement with professional skills week in, week out whilst allowing trainees to get on with their work.
